1, male and female, bachelor degree or above, major in optical engineering or polymer related;

2, post required knowledge:

2.1 optical direction: familiar with the basic theory of information optics and applied optics, understand the diffraction optical variable image technology and nano optical technology, master digital image processing technology, have the basic knowledge of color optical;

2.2 chemical direction: master the four basic knowledge of chemistry and of organic chemical and polymer science have certain knowledge, a good command of resin raw materials, adhesives or coatings, inks, related theory, to understand the mechanics of materials, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and kinetics and basic mechanical knowledge;

3, job skills required

3.1 optical direction: to be able to use and maintain common optical observation and measuring instruments, to adjust the use of common lasers, to complete the general optical system design, can use a foreign language for communication and reading; at least be able to use a computer language programming;

3.2 chemical direction: to design the material according to the requirements of the product, and according to the material performance design experiment scheme. Have the operation ability of basic chemistry experiment independently, polymer synthesis, adhesive and coating ink configuration of the experimental operation. Be able to operate the infrared spectrometer, DSC (showing differential scanning calorimetry), ultraviolet spectroscopy, gas phase chromatography analytical instruments, and have corresponding reading ability analysis. Ability to search and write documents. Master a foreign language;

4, work experience:

4.1 optical direction: more than two years working experience in optical industry is preferred

4.2 chemical direction: there is more than one year plastic molding, film processing, adhesives, paint and ink or printing work experience can give priority to;

5, other requirements: with the spirit of teamwork, exploration and enterprising spirit
